Great post. I tested the Free versions Traffic Travis and Market Samurai long ago. Purchased Market Samurai as it was so much value for money. Also true that most suites don’t cover everything and everyone has their own set of tools from various Packages.

I agree Heather. We have a formula where we examine the barrier to entry into a SERP based on the competition, then based on budget we determine the quantity/quality of links, and that determines how much time they can expect to see results. Thanks for stopping in!

It’s the kind of discussion I think more conscientious SEOs need to have with their clients. What are the client’s expectations and are they realistic given the realities of Search Engine Optimization? Too many bad online marketers make unrealistic promises.
